Went with a Group to a Cheese Factory at Redhill last evening. Fascinating to see how Cheese is made on such a large scale. We were told that the cheese which was maturing in a vast refrigerated area was worth 6-7 Million pounds!
We finished up with bread, cheese, pickle and cider! The whole drawback was that we had to wear overshoes, a plastic coat, a hairnet and a beard/moustache net -
